Textures

A mix of different kind of fabrics and textures makes an outfit coherent and exciting. Cutouts reveal sexiness in connection with a nice material. It doesn´t matter if it´s a high-necked dress or one with neckline. Colorful clothes give a feeling of lightness and lightheartedness, and remind you of the spring or summer time. Patterns, rhinestones and embroidery show extravaganza. Long, flowing fabrics pull one into the world of fairy tales. Let yourself slide in the extensive fashion world and get some inspiration...

A delicious dutch apple pie (English/German)

In the recent weeks, baking is a lot of fun for me. It brings me into christmas spirit. In the last years I didn´t enjoy that time so much as I do now. I was always working and didn´t rest so much. But now, since a have no job I am more easygoing than ever before. I think I´m growing up, get an adult. But enough about that subject....enjoy baking!

320 g flour
200 g butter or margarine
130 g sugar
1.5 g salt
2 egg yolks
2 liquid egg white
Approximately 8 apples
cinnamon
14 g cornstarch
1 parcel vanilla powder

Make a dough from the flour, butter, sugar, salt and egg yolks. Grease a baking dish and put the dough into the mold. Leave some dough for the border and for the stripes on the cake. Pull up the edge at 3-5 cm high. Peel all the apples, remove the core and cut them into slices. Pass them on the cake. The apple pieces can be quietly thick stacked as these shrink a little during baking. Mix the cornstarch with the vanilla powder and cinnamon and spread this between  and on the disks. Make stripes with the rest of the dough, so it looks checked. Finally, take a part of the egg white and spread the cake. Bake the cake at about 170 degrees Celsius about 45 minutes. The baking time varies according to the desired tanning of the cake. Bon Appetite!

320 g Mehl
200 g Butter oder Margarine
130 g Zucker
1,5 g Salz
2 Eigelb
2 flüssiges Eiweiß
Ca. 8 Äpfel
Zimt

Guten Appetit!

It is time for a new outfitpost. Christmas is coming and I can´t see snow outside. Maybe december 2015 will be a snow-free month. On one hand I miss it, on the other I am happy, because it is always so cold outside. We will see....
